Searching the community resources happens in your browser. Your search terms are not sent to a search service. Your selected town and saved shortcuts are stored in your browser on this device, so they are there when you return. They are not synced to an account or across devices.

You can remove saved shortcuts on the community page or clear this website's data in your browser settings. Private browsing and browser storage settings may prevent preferences from being saved.

When you visit or email

Like other websites, this site's hosting infrastructure receives technical request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the pages. The community hub does not add an analytics or advertising tracker.

Contact links open your email app. If you choose to send a message, your email address and the information you include are used to read and respond to it. Please only include details needed for your enquiry.

Local events

The site retrieves public event details from Visit Bass Coast. Your event filters stay in your browser. Calendar downloads are created on your device and do not connect to your calendar account.
